Getting the most out of your recruiting efforts in 2009
Recruiting the talent you need quickly and professionally is more important now than ever and this lunch session is based on getting the most out of your recruiting strategy for 2009. If you are having trouble getting the candidates you need from the recruiters and websites you are using it may be time to upgrade your recruiting systems with a quick recruiting diagnostic and adding some high-value , low-cost features to your current processes to reach the candidates you need. Brian Fenerty was recently appointed as the Practice Leader of the Automotive Group at MRI China. Brian began his recruiting career in Tokyo, Japan in 1994 and has worked in Japan, Chile, the United States and China. Brian has worked with both start-ups and established firms around the globe and is most at home in a candidate driven, highly competitive market place.At MRI China Brian is a part of the Industrial Group and manages the Auto Team. Prior to his role at MRI China, he was the General Manager of a successful regional firm and led teams across Asia
