Event Description

We are pleased to invite you and your colleagues to join the China Supply Chain Council for a new Workgroup Discussion on Logistics Real Estate to be held on November 13 in Shanghai.

The workgroup aims to provide a platform for property owners, developers and brokers involved in industrial and logistics projects to exchange ideas on how to advance the development of modern industrial property in China.

This workgroup is also designed to help senior executives - from sometimes competing companies - share their experience, best practices and, market knowledge on key topics such as lack of standardized property grading. We want to provide a platform for people to work together to identify where synergies exist and accelerate the growth of modern industrial property in China.

Why our workgroups are different?
- Unlike committees organized by other councils and chambers, this workgroup series is restricted to industrial and logistics executives from the property and real estate sectors. Vendors such as bankers, headhunters, IT/software or consultants are not allowed in these discussions.
- This workgroup series is also organized in an "informal" setting (e.g. selected quiet restaurants) where good food (and drinks) tend to foster discussion and openness between participants.

What: Logistics Real Estate Workgroup Luncheon
When: November 13, lunch 12:00 noon
Fee: Pay What You Order, set lunch around RMB 100
