Dear Miss Yang, I would like to attend the activity and already asked one day leave on Sept 10. Since I am living in Hangzhou, where and how to meet when your bus arrive in Hangzhou round 9:15? May I pay cash to Supply China Council staffs when I meet you people on that day? Any possible deduction of return transport fee (Shanghai - Hangzhou) on the fee to be paid? Thank you in advance! Look forward to your prompt advice! Yang Qin 2008-9-6
