This training provides solid, time tested ideas and techniques staff level people involved in the details of daily execution can immediately begin to utilize to cut costs, improve efficiency, increase accuracy, eliminate waste and enhance profits. BSCM I is a 2-day course that focuses on Introducing SCM, Forecasting, Planning and Control, and Manufacturing. The Basics of Supply Chain Management I 1. Introduction to Supply Chain Management WHO SHOULD ATTEND These seminars are intended for staff level employees working in the Supply Chain as well as Supply Chain Managers. They provide a high-level end-to-end overview of Supply Chain Management. Anyone involved with Forecasting, S&OP Planning, Production Scheduling, Capacity Management, Manufacturing Execution Control, Inventory Management, Physical Distribution and Warehousing, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Quality Systems and wants to see how the complex, intricate components of the Supply Chain fit together should plan to attend.

CPIM, CIRM. Chris is a seasoned Supply Chain executive with over 25
years in the Energy, Forest Products, Government and Consulting
industries. He has hands-on experience managing end-to-end Supply
Chains, from forecasting through order entry, manufacturing planning
and control, inventory management, and export/distribution. He has also worked at a strategic level developing corporate SC policy and chairing SC steering teams at the executive level. Chris is an award winning, regionally recognized APICS certified instructor, and he has provided Leadership and Supply Chain consulting and training for several Fortune 100 corporations including AT&T, Lucent, Kraft and Georgia-Pacific. Last year Chris voluntarily wrote and presented the highly successful series of personal leadership seminars entitled “Principle Centered Personal Effectiveness” for S.O.M.E., the homeless and rent-subsidized shelters in Washington DC. I really love the whole concept of Supply chain management. I am actually pursuing a carrier in the same. I am a member of the ITC's IPSCM Geneva. Bravo to all who are promoting a smart supply chain network in the world.
